EASY LIFESTYLE CHANGES TO PROTECT AND REPAIR FACE WRINKLES ORGANICALLY



Rhytides , commonly known as wrinkles are a result of combination of multiple factors such as ageing, exposure to UV light and smoking etc. These look like fine lines or creases on your skin and become more deeper due to negligence. HOME REMEDIES

1. Coconut oil massage - Easily accessible coconut oil gives our skin the perfect glow and radiance. It fades the wrinkles, restores its elasticity and hydrates well. Massage the oil with circular motion on the affected areas every night before going to bed.


2. Almond Mask - The Vitamin - E restores the skin's natural elasticity and along with milk, it acts as a moisturizer and makes the skin soft and glowing. Soak the almonds overnight in milk, remove the peels in the morning and grind well along with the milk used to soak to make a paste. Apply it on the face and let it dry for 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and repeat it twice a week for better results.


3. Avocado Mask - An ingredient you can spot in every anti-wrinkle cream. This fruit is the best remedy to treat premature wrinkles. It halts the premature ageing symptoms, treats the wrinkles and pampers your skin vital, radiant and healthy. Peel and remove the pit of fruit, mash the pulp to get a smooth paste. Apply smoothly all over your face and keep it on for 20 - 30 minutes before jumping straight into the shower. Repeat it on once or twice a week.


4. Jojoba oil massage - It is quite similar to the oils naturally produced by our skin. It gets absorbed instantly and lubricates the skin. With regular use, a loss in wrinkles and their visibility can be spotted. Take a few drops in your palms and massage the face gently. Leave it on for a few hours before rinsing off completely. Do this everyday for wrinkle-free skin.


5. Vitamin - E treatment - This vitamin acts as a moisturizer and refresher. It hydrates skin and contains antioxidants. It also has anti-inflammatory and photoprotective effects. DIET TIPS

1. Say no to inflammatory foods - Inflammation causes skin tissues to rupture, leading to a loss of collagen and elastin which are considered mystical for young looking healthy skin. It causes redness, flaking, rough patches and spots hard to repair. These are foods high in sugar and saturated fats such as, sweets, breads, white sugar, soda, fried foods and carbohydrates.

EXERCISE 

1. The Smile smoother - This exercise is good for cheek lines and sagging skin. Steps - 

Step - 1 

Hide teeth with your lips to make an 'O' shape with your mouth.

Step - 2 

Try to smile as widely as you can while keeping the teeth hidden and repeat five times.

Step - 3

Hold the smile shape while placing an index finger on the chin. Then start to move jaw up and down as head tilts gently towards the back. Relax and repeat three times.


2. Smooth the brow -  This exercise is good for horizontal forehead lines. Steps -

Step - 1

Place both hands on the forehead facing inwards and spread all the fingers out between the eyebrows and hairline.

Step - 2

Gently sweep the fingers in and out across forehead, applying light pressure to tighten it.

Step - 3

Relax and repeat five times.


3. The Giraffe -  Good for lines and loose skin on neck. Steps - 

Step - 1 

Looking straight in front, place fingertips at bottom of neck area and lightly stroke downwards with head tilted back.

Step - 2

Bring the head back down and repeat twice more.
