BUILDINGS ON MOON, BRICKS OUT OF UREA.
IISc AND ISRO, a team of researchers have developed a sustainable process for making "space bricks" that could eventually be used to assemble structures for habitation on the moon.
They took Rs. 7.5 L for sending 453 gram material to space. Urea can be sourced from human urine and lunar soil as raw materials for construction on the moon's surface, the team stated.
